St. Trinity Board of Evangelism
As we grow in Christ's love and the Word, we will share Christ's love with the world.
The Board of Evangelism will recruit, encourage, and train members of St. Trinity to use the gifts God has given them to share the Good News of the Gospel to their family, their friends, their acquaintances, the community, and the world.
Specifically, the Board is responsible to:
- Provide opportunities to help members find what gifts God has given them to help share the message of the salvation.
- Encourage members to use those gifts in sharing God's Love
- Provide training on how to share their faith with others
- Provide opportunities to share their gifts and faith with others
- Help members realize that all gifts God has given them can be used in reaching out to others sharing the love of Jesus
- Seek and use various ways to bring the Gospel of Jesus to the community
- Seek to help the faithful realize that everything they do is already some form of Evangelism and if they can not preach like Paul they can hold up the prophets hands - Evangelism needs the support of everyone because everything we do as individuals or as a church is some type of Evangelism
Ongoing activities and areas of service include:
- Scheduling and overseeing the Greeters who welcome us before services
- Scheduling and maintaining the Bread Ministry, made up of schedulers, bakers and drivers who help welcome those who visit our church
- Maintaining the connection with visitors by sending them a personal note after their visit.
- Creation, printing and distribution of the tri-fold informational pamphlets
- Presenting gifts to new members and helping to host the New Member Reception
- Coordinating Friendship Partners
- Maintaining the children’s activity bags

Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and od the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
